Terms of service

Effective 14 September 2026.

These terms apply to every product published by Prismedo, a sole proprietorship in the United States ("we"). By buying or using a Prismedo product you agree to them.

What you are buying

Access to digital content and software as described on the product's own site and on our products page. A one-time purchase gives you access to the content as it exists at purchase and for as long as we operate the product. A subscription gives you access for as long as it is active; you can cancel any time and keep access to the end of the period you paid for.

Acceptable use

You may use the data for your own business. You may not resell it, republish it in bulk, or use it to send unsolicited messages. Automated access beyond the product's own export features is not permitted.

Accuracy

Our products are built by automated collection and classification. They contain errors. We correct them when we find them or when you tell us, but we do not warrant that any row is accurate or complete, and you should verify anything you act on.

Refunds

See the refund policy. In short: full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from a product is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Changes and termination

We may change a product or stop operating it. If we stop a product you have paid for within 30 days of your purchase, we refund you in full. We may suspend access for a breach of these terms.

Who runs this

Prismedo is owned and run by an individual who is responsible for its products and for these terms. Products are built and operated with substantial use of automated systems, including AI agents. Questions: hello@prismedo.com.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the owner resides.
