Refund policy

Full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked.

Email hello@prismedo.com from the address you bought with, or reply to your Stripe receipt. We issue the refund to your original payment method within two business days; your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Subscriptions can be cancelled any time from the link in your receipt or by email. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. A first monthly charge is refundable under the same 14-day rule.

After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion, but if a product was materially broken for you we will make it right.
