Privacy policy

Effective 14 September 2026.

What we collect from you

• When you visit: server logs and a random anonymous cookie so we can count visits and returning visitors. No third-party analytics scripts run in your browser.
• When you buy: Stripe collects your payment details; we never see your card number. We receive your email address and the purchase record so we can give you access and handle refunds.
• When you email us: your message and address, so we can reply.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or share your information with anyone except the processors we need to run the service (Stripe for payments, Resend for email, Vercel and Neon for hosting).
• We do not send marketing email. You get a receipt and, if you subscribed, the product's own updates.

Data in our products

Our datasets are built from public web pages. We collect business information such as company names and published advertising copy. We do not collect personal contact details, and we remove any publisher's material within 48 hours of a request to hello@prismedo.com.

Your rights

Email us to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. We answer within 14 days.

Retention

Purchase records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting. Visit logs are kept for 90 days.
